What We Do

Our Mission
At The Max Personal Injury Law, you're more than just a case — you're family.
We're here to support you through one of the most challenging times in your life with compassion, clarity, and fierce advocacy.
As someone who spent years working at a large law firm, I’ve gained the knowledge and experience necessary to take on the insurance companies and cut through the confusion they often create. My mission is simple: to fight for you and secure the maximum recovery you deserve.
Let me handle the legal battles — so you can focus on healing.
Get the MAX. Get the justice you deserve.
“…Freedom of religion; freedom of the press, and freedom of person under the protection of the habeas corpus, and trial by juries impartially selected. These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and the blood of our heros have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith.”
– Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address (1801)
Ken Jones, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Ken Jones brings a powerful combination of courtroom experience and personal injury litigation expertise to every case he handles. He began his legal career as an Associate Public Defender in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit’s Public Defender’s Office, where he spent five years representing indigent clients in both Superior Court and the Juvenile Court of Fulton County.
Following his public defense work, Ken served as a Staff Attorney at Foy & Associates, one of Georgia’s largest personal injury law firms. Over the course of more than six years, he fought for injury victims and helped them recover the compensation they deserved. This experience gave him deep insight into the tactics insurance companies use — and how to beat them.
Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2005. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southern University Law Review and was a member of the American Inns of Court, demonstrating both academic leadership and a commitment to legal excellence.
His published work includes:
"Ewing v. California: Affirmation of the Three Strikes Law. Judicial Discretion or Cruel and Unusual Punishment," featured in the Southern University Law Review (2005).
Ken’s diverse legal background and passion for advocacy position him to effectively fight for clients' rights and ensure they receive the maximum compensation they deserve.
